Getting Started

You can easily track your shipments using the "Track Order" feature on our website. Enter the tracking number provided during parcel declaration to see real-time status updates.
You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the Login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Payments & Taxes

Once we receive all your packages at our warehouse, we consolidate them and calculate the actual chargeable weight. We then send you a payment link via email or SMS for your convenience.
Yes, you are responsible for all customs duties associated with your UShopVShip packages. Our team will guide you through the process, but the duty amount depends on the declared value and category of goods.
We do not collect import taxes directly. If import taxes are applicable, our courier partner will assist in collecting the tax along with their service fee at the time of delivery.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax applied to the consumption of goods and services. It is levied at each stage of the supply chain, with consumers generally bearing the cost. Applicable VAT rates vary by destination country.

Shipping & Packaging

No, we cannot ship packages containing batteries (lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, or alkaline). This is due to international air freight safety regulations. Please check our restricted items list before ordering.
No, we do not have temperature-controlled facilities during transport. We strongly discourage shipping perishables or any goods sensitive to temperature changes.
If prohibited items are found in your shipment, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including discarding the items or terminating the shipping process. Additional charges may apply.
For the safety of your parcel during transit, we may repack it in a new carton if the original packaging is oversized, damaged, or if the volumetric weight significantly differs from the actual weight.
If your parcel is lost during shipping and is not insured, we can provide compensation up to a maximum value of US$100. For parcels with higher value, we recommend opting for shipment insurance. Please contact us for details.

Parcel Declaration

You should declare your parcel as soon as the retailer dispatches it and provides a tracking number — ideally before it arrives at our warehouse. Early declaration helps us identify and process your package faster.
Log in to your account, go to the "Place Order" section, and fill in the tracking number, product name, unit price, quantity, and product URL. Accurate information ensures smooth customs clearance.
In most cases, we do not open packages for inspection if the recipient information and address are correct. If you suspect a problem with the contents, please contact the retailer directly. For shipping damage, contact our support team immediately.
